DEKA Marketing Research, a well respected marketing research company in Indonesia and member of ESOMAR (the world leading organization that serves research into markets, consumers and societies), is currently looking for qualified people to fill the following positions :

1. Project staff  (Position code: FPE)

    Requirements:

• Female, max. 27 years old
• Diploma Degree in English literature or Business Administration with GPA min. 3.00. Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Highly motivated and perform well under pressure
• Have experience in conducting research would be advantageous
• Good communication (English & Bahasa) skill
• Good team player
• Willing to go the extra mile
• Be organised, flexible and reliable, and have initiative
• Proficient in using MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

2. Jr. Marketing Research (Position code: JQN)

    Requirements:

• Male/Female, max. 25 years old
• S1 degree in Economy or Engineering, with GPA min. 3.00. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication skill (English fluency is a must)
• Good problem solving & time management skills
• High curiosity & enthusiasm
• Highly motivated and perform well under pressure
• Flexible and creative
• Experience in conducting quantitative research will be an advantage

3. Research Support (Position code: RSP)

    Requirements:

• Female, max. 26 years old
• Degree in Secretary/Business Administration/ related major with GPA min. 3.00.
• High degree of self-initiative
• Well organized and able to prioritize various tasks
• Detailed, initiative and careful working attitude
• Service oriented – Strong service mentality to serve both internal and external clients
• Multitasking person and able to work under pressure
• Able to communicate on all hierarchy levels
• Adept in using MS Office and graphic design application
• Good communication skill (English & Bahasa)
• Having any experience in marketing research agency will be an advantage

4. IT Support (Position code: ITS)

    Requirements:

• Male, max. 25 years old
• Diploma degree in IT, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Have good knowledge and experience in IT for system environment, operating system, networking, security & IT maintenance.
• Experience as system support/system helpdesk will be an advantage.
• Familiar with both Linux and Windows operating system
• Posses a good problem analysis and troubleshooting skill in PC/server environment, software, hardware, and networking.
• Posses good inter-personal skill, proactive, initiative, discipline, good attitude, team work and hard worker.
